Van Tongeren's career spans more than two decades at the intersection of real estate investment and sustainability. Prior to GRESB, he served as Head of Sustainability for Global Real Estate and Infrastructure at APG Asset Management, one of the world's largest pension fund managers, and as Portfolio Manager at CBRE Investment Management.
